Membrane Mine Master is a unique scaling prediction program for RO/NF membrane plants used in the mining industry. Mine waters are particularly stressed with extremes of pH, very high sulfate loading and a wide variety of soluble metals. These complex waters require unique antiscalants to control metal fouling and calcium sulfate (gypsum) scale. The Membrane Mine Master software automatically calculates the saturation index of different scale species and will select the most appropriate Genmine antiscalant and give the dosage rates.
