Membrane autopsy
The Genesys Membrane Laboratories in Madrid, Spain, provide a range of services specifically designed to identify the causes of membrane failure in reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) plants.
We can provide three levels of autopsy, depending on the nature of the problem and the level of detail you require:

Our facility is equipped with a wide range of analytical equipment. In addition to the membrane autopsy services outlined above, we can also carry out:
microbiological analysis - counts, identification and biocide efficacy tests - on membrane surfaces
RO/NF/UF/MF performance and pilot testing using test rigs
membrane cleaning studies
and pre-treatment optimisation studies.
The Madrid team can also carry out plant audits and provide on-site cleaning and troubleshooting assistance.
