CIP Calculator

The CIP calculator should be used for calculating weight/volume of chemical cleaner to be added in the CIP tank. Select the number of vessels, element size and elements per vessel in the calculator for a more accurate prediction. A piping factor of 25% is normally recommended but this can be adjusted.

Membrane Master 5 - Scaling prediction program

MM5 is our proprietary scaling prediction software designed to provide users with an efficient means of calculating the scale potential and chemical dosages associated with reverse osmosis systems. It was developed with the intent to condense complex calculations down into a user friendly format, providing a useful tool to anyone designing or operating reverse osmosis systems.

Membrane Mine Master - Mine scaling prediction program

Membrane Mine Master is a unique scaling prediction program for RO/NF membrane plants used in the mining industry. Mine waters are particularly stressed with extremes of pH, very high sulfate loading and a wide variety of soluble metals. The Membrane Mine Master software automatically calculates the saturation index of different scale species and will select the most appropriate Genmine antiscalant and give the dosage rates.
