Genesys North America LLC
Genesys is pleased to announce the formation of Genesys North America LLC located in Minneapolis. The new Company will cover sales, `marketing, and service of the Genesys product line in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Genesys International was established just 5-years ago, with affiliate offices in Spain, Jordan, Chile, Singapore and China. The establishment of Genesys North America fills a geographical need and ensures that the Genesys range of Membrane Products and Services is now widely available on a global basis.

It has been announced that the President of the new company will be Ms. Jantje Johnson. She has extensive experience in the membrane process industry having lived in Europe where she worked in the Engineering Sector before joining the chemical service companies Argo Scientific and then PermaCare International. In recent times Ms. Johnson has been working in the technical department of FilmTec Corporation at their headquarters in Minneapolis as a senior technical specialist leading ROSA and brackish water membrane developments. Her expertise in membrane design, operation and the chemicals and services used to support efficient plant operation will be invaluable to OEMs and plant operators in the region.

Genesys creates new web-site.
The new web-site was launched in July 2006 following numerous requests. A big thank you goes to Fernando and Silvia in Spain who helped with the original lay-out and produced some excellent images from the laboratory. Our web designer Ed Bowen from www.gump-tion.com has given us an excellent service and the whole project has been completed in two months.

New Products
In June 2006 two new antiscalants were launched. Genesys LS is a low phosphorous seawater anti-scalant which has been granted Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) registration.Genesys LF 60 is a general purpose anti-scalant for brackish water plant which is effective at preventing iron deposition.

New People
We are delighted to announce that Steve Chesters has joined Genesys International Ltd. as General Manager. Steve worked for Houseman and Nalco for sixteen years in the water treatment and water hygiene industries. He gained experience working with distributors in the Far East while located in Houseman's Singapore office foir three years. He then spent a year in Nalco's Chicago HQ launching the global Legionella Control group. Steve joins Genesys from Enviro-Fresh where he worked for three years as Sales and Marketing Director.
