Genesys new manufacturing facility
We are pleased to report the success of the new manufacturing facility in the UK under the management of John Eckersley. His experience has ensured that more than 70% of orders are despatched within five working days of receipt. John is also pleased to report that the initial assessment for ISO 9001 is scheduled for December 2007 and they expect to receive full certification within four to eight weeks of this. He has been instrumental in the implementation and launch of new software which allows us to translate product literature into any language. There are many challenges ahead with the introduction of new equipment at a time whn global markets are very unstable and oil and raw material costs are at an all time high.
