Genesys was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 quality administration certificate in July 2002. In January 2003 Genesys Membrane Products, based in Madrid, was awarded ISO 9001 for Water Treatment Chemical supply and membrane autopsy services.

In 2005 Genesys won the Queen's Award for “Enterprise in Export” which was presented at Buckingham Palace.

REDUCING THE SCALE OF MEMBRANE FOULING

Genesys International was created in 2001 as a response to multi-national water treatment companies preferring to deal with the end user rather than distributors to market their membrane chemical products. This change of policy was the catalyst for setting up the GENESYS FAMILY of subsidiaries and distributors.

The company has grown rapidly with subsidiaries(

Product approvals for the range of chemicals have been received from membrane manufacturers and drinking water authorities: Hydranautics, Koch, Dow, Ionics Italba, KIWA, Drinking Water Inspectorate (DEFRA UK), North Sea approval via Centre for Environment Fisheries Aquaculture Science (CEFAS).
